2. Service Description

Our service provides revenue analytics and dashboard functionality for affiliate publishers. We aggregate data from multiple affiliate networks and revenue sources into a unified dashboard with currency conversion capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis according to your selected billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility

5. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees related to your subscription.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan at the end of the billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

7. Plan Changes and Upgrades

When upgrading your subscription plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. The new plan rate will apply in full at your next renewal date. Plan changes take effect immediately.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Not use the service to transmit malicious code or engage in harmful activities

9. Data and Privacy

10. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party affiliate networks and services. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and access to these services. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or termination of third-party services that may affect functionality.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Upon termination, your right to access the service will immediately cease.
